The Stroke Association is the chosen charity for the RIDBA Building Awards 2023.
By providing specialist support, advice and information, the Stroke Association’s aims help people rebuild their lives after a stroke.
It funds critical research and campaigns so people affected by stroke get the best care and support.
RIDBA chairman Neil Fox said: “I’m sure the guests at the RIDBA Building Awards will agree the Stroke Association is an incredibly worthy cause.
"I urge them to give what they can on September 22.”
Approximately 100,000 people have strokes every year and stroke strikes every 5 minutes.
To help raise money, RIDBA will be running a prize draw at the event.
The draw will see one lucky guest will win five VIP tickets to see Peter Kay live at the O2 on January 6, 2024.
Raffle tickets will be available on the evening from 6:30pm, with the draw made at 9:30pm
